How do I know what services I need?
At the first meeting, you’ll talk about your needs, interests and goals, and then custom-design a wellness program that best meets them together with Angela. Your partnership will always be collaborative and flexible so that the program can be adapted and changed as your needs and goals change.
How often should I come?
Most people initially schedule sessions once or twice weekly, and may decrease frequency over time as goals are achieved. Many people schedule sessions on an ongoing basis for continued focus and maximization of their health and wellbeing.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Socks that cover your feet are required, but you’ll need to remove your shoes once inside the studio. Many people prefer wearing socks or slippers with a surface-gripping sole.
When is the studio open?
Embody Health. Wellness. Life. is open Monday through Friday, with flexible personalized scheduling options. In addition to regular daytime hours, early morning and some evening appointments are available.
Where is the studio located?
Can you come to my workplace or home?
Typically, individual sessions take place at the studio. However, custom-designed wellness programs and educational seminars are available for business organizations and community groups. Please call 763.370.7808 or email for more information.
Are services available by telephone or online?
Health Coaching services are very suitable for telephone communication, as well as online via Skype or FaceTime. Other services can work this way as well, depending on the equipment you have at your home or workplace. For Pilates training, it is typically best to begin with sessions at the studio so that Angela can help you achieve proper form.
What are the rates?
Please contact Angela for information about current rates, including special introductory pricing for new clients. Discount packages of 10 or more sessions are also available.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, 24-hour notice is requested to cancel. Please call 763.370.7808.
Will my health insurance cover the cost of your services?
Embody health and wellness services are typically not covered by health insurance plans. You may be able pay for some or all Embody services from a personal health savings account (HSA), particularly if your physician prescribes Pilates-based movement, restorative exercise, and/or health coaching as medically necessary. Check with your health plan or HSA administrator for more information.
